Omnibus was founded for the purpose of enabling mobility providers and other companies of every size to present well-written, awesome-looking proposals to their clients. You want to win; we want to help you do it.

Omnibus has been writing proposals for the passenger transportation industry and beyond for nearly two decades. Working for some of the largest providers in the mobility space, we have written hundreds of proposals across nearly every mode of passenger transportation. Our proposals have contributed to the win of some of the largest and most high-profile contracts in North America.

We are skilled in client research, competitor research, content creation, strategy development, and clear, competitive RFP responses. We’ve built proposal programs from the ground up, created entire boilerplate libraries, implemented processes and best practices, and so much more. The company has experience with virtually every passenger transportation service model. We also specialize in strategic international projects, autonomous vehicles, microtransit, mobility as a service, and other emerging markets.

    FOUNDER/CEO

    Shannon has been developing proposals for the passenger transportation industry for nearly 20 years. She directs the strategy of the projects we undertake and translates that strategy into clear, compelling, customer-focused language. Shannon ensures our team understands and communicates your clients’ needs, and aligns them with proposed solutions.

  • Patricia Folks

    PROPOSAL WRITER

    Patricia has more than a decade of proposal writing experience, the majority of which has been in the passenger transportation and mobility space. She understands the complexity of RFP responses, proposal strategy, and the importance of telling the right story to our clients. Patricia is responsible for writing proposals and other content and supporting strategy discussions.

  • Bernie Kawazoe

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Bernie joins our team with more than 20 years of project management experience in the banking and education industries. She is adept in keeping track of multiple deadlines and priorities, managing workflows, and supporting clients. Bernie is the person chiefly involved in requesting and managing documentation and internal deadlines on RFP projects.
